Bass floor spike 

Adjustable floor spike for bass recorders made from decorative aluminum for lightweight and strength. Designed by Anthony Barrett. Allows the spike to take the full weight of a bass or great bass recorders for comfortable playing.

Fixed to the foot of the recorder using velcro fixing to allow removal if needed. Additional velcro is available to allows the spike to be used on various instrument.

Adjustable spike slides neatly into the recorder for easy storage. 

The bass spike is available in two styles, flat and curved, depending in the profile of the base of the foot.

Aulos basses have a convex foot surface. The flat spike should be selected for these basses.
